We offer a range of packages designed for different age groups. To help you run these events smoothly, we will provide you with a kit bag containing all the essential equipment you’ll need. Inside your kit bag you’ll find a balloon pump, business cards, stickers, magic bag, parachute with its bag and a speaker. This equipment will stay with you each week and you are responsible for ensuring that everything is brought to every party and kept in good working condition (including your speaker being fully charged each week). If any items become damaged or stop working due to general wear and tear, please let us know as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement or to have the equipment tested.
Depending on the event, package and character, you may also be provided with additional equipment and/or costumes as required. These will be able to be picked up on either Thursday or Friday from the Sydney office or will be shipped to you for safe keeping if you are located outside of Sydney. All equipment must be returned in the same condition it was sent out in.
