Party details for the upcoming weekend are emailed out on Tuesday afternoons. Should we have any last minute enquiries come in after you have received your party details, we will check before booking you. For staff who do not come in for the weekly pick up, we require you to call the office to go through your party details before Friday. This is a quick phone call to ensure that you have the correct events and that all the information we have matches across your details and our systems.
