The magic bag trick becomes Ben’s Omnitrix bag, where alien gadgets and “power cores” magically appear or disappear, almost like one of his alien forms is playing tricks.

The entertainer can explain they left the birthday child’s present back at the Rustbucket, so they’ll make a special balloon model instead. Maybe a crime fighting sword.
